    • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
    • We are not responsible for stamp images you created on this site. Typographical errors, low resolution, incorrect sizes, etc. are among the issues for which we will not be responsible. You were presented with the opportunity to review the image before making your purchase and accepted all responsibility for the image upon checkout. By completing the checkout process, you are agreeing that you are forfeiting the right to contest the charge to your credit card company. If the product you receive does not reasonably resemble the product or image you ordered, we will replace or correct at our cost according to the terms of the return policy.
    • Stock items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
    • All items must be returned in the original containers in good condition before a credit or a replacement will be issued.     
          * A "Custom item" includes any rubber stamp or product that has had your requested text or image added to it. For example, an address rubber stamp is considered a custom product because we have manufactured and added the rubber die with the address to a stock product.
